Why is the price/rate for my property showing up as Eur 174 in the listing and then Eur 169 when you click on it, when the actual listed price set by me is 160?

I've been having this issue too. I do know that guests may see the lowest rate first (the "base rate" you set) then when they click on the listing they may see the actual rate

I'm getting this too just much worse!!
My base rate is set to £75 and range is £69-£99. It's showing pric £148!! So annoying as its getting overlooked. I'm new to Airbnb and have taken just 3 bookings, none which are in yet. Only thing I can think of is one of the bookings was over a special event weekend and the rate was £150. Does it average last few sales????
