"Contact Support" HOW??

I just had to cancel a reservation because we have FIRES, people!!!  Now when I try to cancel the reservation, after helping the guest find other Airbnb accomodations, I keep getting: "Unable to perform action. Please try again through the website or contact support if you need immediate assistance."  HOW THE H DO I DO THAT???  WHERE IS "SUPPORT"?

To cancel reservations due to exceptional circumstances you should ring CS, they will take care of everything without you being penalised.
