"Not Possible" reservation status because have a check out and check in on same day

I have a guest who tried to book and pay after the 24 hour pre-approval expired. My calendar says "Pending Verification" for the dates. The guests reservation status says "Not Possible".  The check-in date is the same as the check-out date for another guest. I'm not sure how to clear this up so the guests booking will go through. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I seem to have the same problem. Did you ever get this resolved? I wouldimagine this situation would happen often...
