receipt request form guest

What do I do with a guest who keeps asking me to send him a receipt and now proof that my house is registered with the city, all of this weeks after his visit? I explained to him that his online receipt from Airbnb should work for reembursement, but he said he need my signature on it. (That sounded a bit starange to me.) I explained I have no way of sending him a signed version unless he give me a mailing address I could mail it to. He said he would see if he could manage without it. Now he is asking me for proof that I regiserted with the city as rental site, which I have, but what business is that of his or why should his school care for reembursement perposes?

I begin to feel that there is more behind this than he is saying. Any suggestions or advice?

It's a bit strange that he is making such an issue of it. At the end of the day he gets a booking confirmation from AirBnB that sets out both the accommodation charge plus the AirBnB fee that he is charged. \

I would just ignore his emails and don't respond any further

Sadly there are some odd people out there and there is no point in trying to rationalise their behaviour, just ignore him
