my friends and I were told (according to the house document) that if we cleaned, the cleaning fee would be refunded via a gift card. We modified our schedule so that we could wait for the dryer to finish running, mop, etc etc. but the promised gift card has not arrived nor has the expense been refunded. Is this something I can ask Airbnb to work on via the resolution center? Do I have a time limit on the resolution center? I've been patient with the host but today is the last day for a review and I'm wondering if it's also the last day to ask for a resolution center option.
