@Alec2, you haven't really supplied enough information for anyone to answer your question precisely (because you didn't explain "how" you haven't been paid), but basically here's how it works:

You get paid 24 hours after each guest's check-in time. You don't get paid when guests book or when you confirm the bookings.

Its been 26 hours since our guests checked in and nothing from Airbnb.  With VRBO we get our money BEFORE people arrive.  This is my first booking with Airbnb and it seems pretty sketchy.  Who do I even call if I don't get paid???
