When I realized how the ABB 5-star system actually means 5 stars are mandatory I realized how much these start-up tech companies follow that dictatorial  example described in the book.

A very interesting connection! I also watched it last night and it did get me thinking - we're not as far away from that kind of 'rating-based' world as we may think!
