Recipes: Easy pork rib sauce for pasta

Pork rib sauce.JPGDelicious quick and easy,

ingredients:

. if you're single 2 small pork ribs

. 2 fresh pork sausages, not the hot dogs one or german wurstel (see pictures below), stick in the freezer the extra meat for future use

. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

. 1 carrot, 1 celery branch, 1 small onion

. tomato sauce, salt and pepper

. half glass of red wine

gently fry mark one (or like me induction hob power 1) the ribs and just sausages in pieces on a drop of evoo, add tomato sauce then  wine after few mins then vegs not chopped, boil on a simmer for 10-15 mins. finally add salt and pepper, pour parmesan/grana.

The sauce is for pasta, you can top it with meat or have separately with potatoes or mashed one.

This looks delicious, @Mazda2, thanks for sharing!  I love cooking so it makes me happy to see new recipes I can try!

Is there any kind of red wine that works best with the dish, or does any work?

Hi @Jenny , If you're gonna uncork for your glasses the one you like otherwise a basic red table wine
