International Payment

Hi all, I'd like to host in Argentina but I live in the U.S.A. and fear that even if guests pay in dollars via Paypal, I will get payment in pesos instead. Other concern are potential tax liabilities in Argentina. Does anyone manage a property there and collect payment in the U.S. (dollars)?  I'd appreciate any tips or warnings please. Thanks!!
