Waivers? Is there a way to have a guest sign a waiver before booking?

We have a new listing on a boat. Located 1000 feet from the house in the middle of a marsh. We let them use our kayaks and they can bring their own paddleboards, or go swimming if they like. We would like to get some form of waiver signed before we let them loose on the dock. Is there a way to do that in the listing?

@Cooper19 @There is no way to do it in the listing or prior to booking that I am aware of.  I wish there was. I state in the house rules that the guest will receive a contract once booked.   I send my rental agreement to my guests immediately upon booking and advise them to cancel if they do not agree with or sign and return the contract/waiver.   Most guests are okay with this.
