29 nights in Saint Augustine

Hi, I could not find my conversation with Airbnb that I rented his condo on Feb 1-March 1, 2024.  I already have my confirmation code.  Where can I find the code to pull up our conversation?  We will stay in St. Augustine Beach for 29 nights.

Thank you,

Judith Clark

If you log into your profile as a traveller you should be able to see any messages between yourself and the host. @Judith932

You should be able to find your check in details including your address on your booking confirmation

Hi @Judith932 have you been in touch with customer support over on the Help Center about this?

Hi Breanna,

I was not sure where I start. You mentioned Help Center.  It's good to know.  I just want to know how soon he (condo owner) will contact me before we arrive on Feb 1st?  Just a wonder.  Thank you.

As already mentioned @Judith932  why don't you go into your profile and then click onto your messages. You will be able to see confirmation of any bookings you have made.

Click onto the messages for the booking you made and you contact the host regarding any reasons that you wanted him to contact you about before your arrival.

I went to my profile and clicked the message then they said access denied..

Found it. Thank you all for the helps.

Happy Holidays!

No, I did not.  I don't remember the host name.  I am sure he will contact me a week or couple weeks before I leave for a month rental.  Right?  I just wanted to know how soon he will contact me. That is all.

Thank for the help.

@Judith932 There is no reason why the host should contact you. We do but only because we are hard to find and like to know roughly what time the guest will arrive.

I worry that if you don't even have an email confirmation of your booking then you may not actually have completed the booking.
