Hello, we have just started the Airbnb adventure. We started booking in February and everything had been going really well until last Wednesday. I received a notification that our home had been reserved beginning that day, and it was already 6-6:30p. When I reached out to the guests to give them the access code, they never responded. They have it rented until tomorrow. I have sent 3 different messages and have not heard back from them. They have never shown up. We have even received the payment. Has anyone ever had this problem before? I would love to hear any advice or comments you can share.
