Has anyone had issues with the accountability of Airbnb Supervisors? I have been trying to get a hold of an Airbnb Supervisor for over 3 weeks now and I am repeatedly being told that they will send the Supervisor a note to call me. As i am following up every 48 hours, I have still yet to receive a call from a supervisor or get my issue resolved. Does anyone know another way to contact a Supervisor or can they send me the contact information of a supervisor they worked with in the past? Is there also a way to file a formal complaint within Airbnb or through the commission/group they are regulated by?
