Accountability of Airbnb Supervisors

Everyone, 

 

Has anyone had issues with the accountability of Airbnb Supervisors? I have been trying to get a hold of an Airbnb Supervisor for over 3 weeks now and I am repeatedly being told that they will send the Supervisor a note to call me. As i am following up every 48 hours, I have still yet to receive a call from a supervisor or get my issue resolved. Does anyone know another way to contact a Supervisor or can they send me the contact information of a supervisor they worked with in the past? Is there also a way to file a formal complaint within Airbnb or through the commission/group they are regulated by? 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing is happening to me. The supervisor of my case is refusing to contact me about an error made in the amount of a refund.
