AirBnb Support not responding to messages regarding a refund
I requested a refund a few days ago and have not heard a response for days. I am no longer able to travel to San Fransisco due to the coronavirus outbreak and I am requesting a full refund on my booking. does anyone know a better way to get in contact with customer support?
