Best way to send a golf cart contract

We offer guests the option of renting our golf cart at one of our investment properties. If the guest is interested, they need to complete the golf cart contract, sign, and return to us. I would like to make this as easy as possible for everyone, and have been researching electronic document options. Has anyone successfully used this approach? If so, recommendations?

if the guest has a confirmed reservation, you can sent the contract as attachment by email.
