My worst experience ever. I checked out on the night of September 22nd around 11 PM at Dubai, and I had already informed the host about my departure. However, 15 days later, I received a message claiming there were missing items and property damage, asking me to pay 6,200 AED in compensation. It’s extremely frustrating and concerning that such accusations are made so long after my stay, with no prior notice. This delay makes the entire situation feel very unprofessional and unreliable
Say to the host it's not acceptable to make a claim 15 days after your stay and ask what evidence they have that you stole anything @Suhelsadiq0

Extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. Airbnb is supporting the host without providing solid proof, which is simply unacceptable. It feels like the host is trying to make money through false allegations, and Airbnb’s lack of transparency only adds to the frustration. I expected better protection as a guest
I have called the host and sent messages on WhatsApp as well as Airbnb, but she is not answering the calls & messages
