Breakfast

Hello, 1 double room in my home. I offer a self service breakfast included in the price , laid out on kitchen table (I charge £31 pr night)  Cerials, fruit, breads for toasting, selection of jams,  orange juice, tea/coffee ...

Many people are passing through or up early for work and shoot off saying they will have breakfast en-route....

A man stayed 3 nights ago, 11pm, I tried to explain the breakfast situation but he jumped in with 'no i'm going to get a big English breakfast en-route'. He then complained that I only offered him toast, he complained he couldn't find me because he didn't have a sat nav, also that the shower had mixer taps (new and work very well) .

Advce on what you would do please?

I read all the reviews and comments related to M. 's stay
A guests who likes to write....(but not about the breakfast !)

Seems to me not much to be bothered about, unless the ratings are very low (?)
