If you made any full refunds to Airbnb guests from mid-March to end-March after the involvement of a case manager, these will not be in your payment list for the 25% refund! Check this well. This happened to me for 3 reservations. It basically means we're being punished for being nice hosts.
So before the new policies were in place, some of our guests would only get a 50% refund. They contacted Airbnb & the case managers asked me if I would please refund the full amount given the COVID circumstances. So I agreed. Also if you refunded a guest because the guest asked you, this will not be in the list!!
Only the cancellations that gave you 0 USD payout automatically because of the new policy are in the list.
I sincerly hope Airbnb will fix this, if not shame on you!
