Can guests communicate with previous guests on Airbnb

Can current guests communication with past guests on Airbnb?  

Or do you know if guests can communicate with other guests about a property during or prior to booking? TIA

I'm not sure how they could do this via Airbnb @Ovenis0

Thank you @Helen3 just wondering, cause guests asked about a sign on the property(we put up after 2checkouts prior to their check in ), I just couldn’t believe they didn’t see the signs or why they asked when we put them up because it’s infront of the entrance , guests were there for days after they asked. Thank you for responding
