Numerous other Hosts have experienced this for a variety of reasons.
Issue One
If it is a guest complaint like safety issue, undisclosed cameras, discrimination, report of a party at listing, or invasion of privacy, Airbnb usually suspends the listings but doesn't cancel bookings.
Issue Two
If there is a concern of fraud (or other illegal activity) duplication of listings to avoid negative reviews, or other violations of Airbnb's terms of service, they can cancel bookings and/or permanently suspend the listings.
If it is issue one, most hosts are able to identify some sort of issue with a recent guest that is the probable cause and usually Airbnb gives you a general idea. It usually takes 10 business days for Airbnb to complete their investigation and contact you regarding the outcome.
If issue two, they probably will not say anything about the reason until the investigation is done. No idea how long issue two will take to resolve?
