Cancellation. we booked months in advance and prepaid the entire amount to be til one day and a half before arrival that our reservation

the host said he was fined 400 EUR for cancelling but we were not compensated nor given equivalent accommodation options by airbnb

i can no longer trust your website to provide reliable accommodation .
