Cannot book due to party risk

I am trying to book a home for my family flying in from out of town, but for some reason it is not letting me book, can I please have this issue resolved as I need a place ASAP since their flight is booked.

you can't book on behalf of someone else it's called a third party booking and is against Airbnb's T&C. 

your family member that wants to stay needs to set up their own profile and book directly .
