Hi,
Today I was checking my credit card statement and saw that my card has been recently charged for a AirBnB trip I didn't book. I could not find a helpline number or email to write to AirBnB support directly.
Can somebody please direct my query to AirBnB Support to look at and contact me immediately? Following are the transaction details, I could see a booking id there to start the investigation.

Hello @Aamir3,
Sorry to hear that that happened to you.
You should change the login password on your Airbnb account, contact the bank that issued your card and contact Airbnb customer service.
You can contact Airbnb customer service by phone, Twitter or Facebook as described here https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/
and here Contact-Airbnb-A-Community-Help-Guide
Hope it all works out OK for you.
Steve.
This happened to me on Monday. The charge was pending and AirBnB would not cancel it or provide any information about who booked it or where. They told me it must have been someone I know.
I am an AirBnB superhost. They could have verified the identity of the person who used my card but they made no effort.
I will be getting out of the business of hosting on this platform.
Hello,
I had the same issue and was charged around USD1000. I am based in Dubai, UAE and the transaction was made on Turkish Lira currency. I blocked my card and file a dispute on my CC Company. Luckily, AirBnB acknowledged that it is a fraud and that they will reverse the transaction. Seems like this happens to a lot of people.
This is their reply.
Upon locating the transaction, we can confirm that a full refund has been processed on Nov 6, 24 and you should see a credit in the amount of ____ shortly. While the refund is processed immediately by Airbnb, your bank and/or merchant's processing time may vary and can take up to 15 business days.
We also suggest you consult your bank for help reviewing your account and making you aware of anything that could delay the refund. If you haven’t already, we suggest you work with your bank to secure your card. If you’ve already filed a dispute with your bank we kindly ask that you cancel it.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. If there is ever an issue with a reservation or transaction in the future, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help!
The same thing happened to me. Someone stole my card and charged $219 for a reservation. I contacted Airbnb and they said "Thank you for your reply. We understand your concerns, but please rest assured that a full and thorough investigation has been carried out on the disputed charge. That’s a lie and everyone on here we need to team up and sue they ass!
