Well that very much depends on how big your place is and how many beds and bathrooms there are to clean.  It will depend on whether you hire a professional team or just one person to clean - the variables are many and we don't have much to go on so tell us more!

Everyone's  listing is different . For example I offer a room in my home but my guests have access to two bathrooms, a bedroom , dining room/lounge and kitchen . 

also depends on whether you factor in washing of bed linens and towels .

I guess what I’m asking is that at what stage do you guys think it’s right to get in a third party to do it for you or is that just an extra expense ? For me personally I’m out of cleaning and washing is more than an hour 🙂

Good comments from other Hosts.   As you get on in the bookings, if you have several bookings with same day turn-arounds, then you may want to consider a extra set of bed linens, towels,..

We conduct a high level of cleaning each time and two people working a 2 bedroom, 3 bed, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living area, large patio; it usually takes us 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on how many guests.
