I am a PhD student / User Experience designer at the Eindhoven University of Technology on how to construct an authentic Airbnb experience for guests. Do you want to work with me to customize an authentic guest experience and make your Airbnb more special? Please take part in my research!
In the past, I've designed a gamified toolkit called "Check-!n" to help guests give quick feedback to hosts about their experience, and they've had a lot of fun using it. Next, I would like to take it a step further and work with hosts to create a unique Airbnb.
I'm looking for non-expert hosts in Europe (It would be perfect if it was in the Netherlands) who want to improve the guest experience to take part in the study, I will collaborate with you to uncover the features of your Airbnb and refine the experience by collecting guest perceptions.
