After 9 years as a Airbnb host i had a terrible experience with my guest who checked out today.

he destroyed my house, broke many items, pool cleaner, personal stuff, shower and more, I already requested the money to fix everything,

i am also concerned with my house safety as they are all self check in and I'm current overseas 

Should I make a police report as well?
