Discrimination policy

I am Canadian and would like to hear how other hosts have dealt with the issue of hosting people from other countries that are threatening to invade or harm your country. I do recognize that not every citizen of an invading country will be a supporter of that invasion, but I nonetheless feel very, very uncomfortable with the idea of hosting people who support waging war against my country. I also wonder if I can discriminate against people who publicly endorse sexual assault?
