AIRBNB Charged my company credit card when we did not use their service. I have been back and forth with their so called "Community Support" and was told it was basically my fault. They indicated I allowed someone to use my card which I did not. They will not povide me a receipt or evidence that the booking was even made. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Their response. If they determined that the charge is not fraud why will they not supply a receipt that should have been sent to my email.
