Its really sorry to know about the horrible experience they faced.i am also a host and new in Airbnb community i have a space at inner city of lahore where you can experience the real lahore culture and an amazing view of historical monument. 

If any body wants to visit we will provide  pickup and drop facility for the costumer so they can't face any difficulty to approach us.
