Let me start by saying my AirBnb space is in my home, on the 2nd floor and therefore, I do not do instant booking. Last month, I had a guest book for 3 people for a weekend in October. When I went to check my upcoming stays, I see it now says "3 guests, 1 infant". Our listing clearly states that our place is not suitable for children under 2 - for safety reasons AND, for our own sanity (again, sharing our home). I have contacted the guest twice with no response but I will be charged $50 for canceling their reservation. I did reach out to AirBnb support and I'm awaiting a response.
