Check out was at noon, guest kept key until 7 pm that day, showed up unannounced at 7 (stated that she would leave key in mailbox at 5 after work) banging on door demanding she be let in, (that means she showed up with the key thinking she would be able to just come back in with the code for the front door AFTER CHECKOUT) she SAID she left a few items in kitchen that she needed to "grab quick." I did NOT let her in (safety of other tenants) also, I was not available at the time to let her in, and I have no idea what belongings she is talking about, so she could potentially be stealing the other tenants belongings in they weren't there! There were several instances that made me think something was off with her, all of which will be reflected in her review (so far everyone has been so great! I've been lucky I guess...) but I told her to tell me what items she is talking about and that she would have to pay for a box and label from one of the major carriers and I'll ship her stuff to wherever she tells me. And I told her not to come back on the premises or send someone else or I'll call the police. The whole thing just seems VERY shady.
