Guests asking me to change wall color

I currently have a long-term guest (6 months) who is requesting that I change the color of one of the main bedroom walls and hang a frame for decoration. Have any of you encountered such requests before? How do you typically handle them?

@Eduardo506Typically, the guest booked your place as-is. If he doesn't like your wall color he could book some other place.
