Guests should pass a test

Many guests don't seem to know the basics of being a good guest. They should be given a test prior to being allowed to book. I won't elaborate on the numerous cases of ignorance.

what vetting procedures do you already put in place with your guests ?

@Bonnie29Looking at your past (and successful past) it is easy to understand given your obvious sharp personality how at times it is frustrating for you to deal with the human race. Personally, I know my limit of tolerance at my age (which which is not too far from yours), thus I now only meet my guests and then let someone else deal with the minutiae from there and this philosophical approach knowing self has proved a winning combination and even after 8 years of hosting it has remained fun and I am still enthusiastic. The best of journeys the rest of the way.
