Guests trashed the place with broken furnitures - claims

Our cleaner reported that the last guest trashed the place like a dump. Within the first 10 minutes of her walk through, there is a broken bed and broken chair in the dining room. I hope this is it because I have guests coming in the next day. 

 

As for filing a claim on damages, the dinning room table and chairs is a set, we can no longer buy just 1 chair. Sure I can claim for those couple damaged chair but that would leave me with an incomplete set. What are my options here? 

 

Last night when they had uninvited guests over, I've notified Airbnb after trying to call and message them with no response. Airbnb also tried to reach out but got no response either. They will be banned from Airbnb from what I was told. We don't need these people using the platform.

I'm so sorry to hear your recent guest ended up damaging your property. I wondered if you reached out to Airbnb Support and put a claim through in the end? 

 

It'd be great to hear from you, so we can understand what the resolution was but also to support other Hosts who may have similar questions in the future. 😊
