- Navigate to your Messages or Inbox.
- Locate the conversation threads with your past guests.
Send a Personalized Message:
- Click on the message thread of the guest you wish to contact.
- Compose a message expressing your appreciation and detailing any special offers or discounts you're providing.
Important Considerations:
- Privacy Policies: Airbnb's policies restrict access to guests' personal contact information after their stay to protect privacy. Therefore, communication should remain within the Airbnb platform.
- Manual Outreach: Currently, Airbnb does not support bulk messaging. You'll need to send individual messages to each guest. While this requires more effort, it allows for personalized communication, which can enhance guest relationships.
