Overview:
Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Airbnb Superhost to act as a co-host for a beautiful three-bedroom condo located at Marina Grande on the Halifax. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards. You’ll be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, managing cleaning and maintenance, and ensuring that all property requirements and guest needs are efficiently met.
Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, be available to answer questions, and provide assistance throughout their stay to ensure a memorable experience.
• Property Management: Oversee and perform detailed cleanings between guest stays, ensuring the condo is in pristine condition.
• Maintenance Coordination: Conduct minor repairs as needed and arrange for professional services for more complex maintenance tasks.
• Documentation & Compliance: Assist guests with completing any necessary documentation and HOA forms to comply with property regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all property amenities and supplies are stocked, maintained, and aligned with Airbnb standards for guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Airbnb Superhost Status: Preferably a current or previous Airbnb Superhost with proven experience in short-term rentals.
• Attention to Detail: Strong cleaning skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in every aspect of guest service.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to perform minor repairs and coordinate larger maintenance efforts efficiently.
• Customer Service Oriented: Friendly, reliable, and professional, with a passion for hospitality.
• Organized and Self-Motivated: Capable of managing schedules, preparing for guest arrivals, and responding promptly to issues.
