How to charge for damanges/extra cleaning from pets

Hi,

our property is pet friendly (states in the condition they just can't be on the carpet/furniture)

 

If someone brings a few pets and there are damages or extra mess- how do I pass on those charged after the person has already paid for their stay (we wouldn't know until the cleaner goes in)
