How to request full refund host override for false advertising of "waterfront" property.

Property is claiming "waterfront" when there is no waterview and they are ten minutes walking from the beach. I learned this after I received the exact location after booking. I requested a refund from host which they denied, and airbnb is telling me that their hands are tied. What now? I am supposed to stay at this home next week though the view is a parking lot. I am outraged and unclear of my options.

That’s straight up false advertising if that’s the case. Airbnb should have some type of policy regarding that.

@Maryliz1  That's very disappointing! Did the listing actually show photos of the property and a view of the water? Could you have just cancelled as soon as you were given the address and realized it was not "waterfront"?I hope it all works out for you!
