I am suffering discrimination & Whistleblower Retaliation by Airbnb support ambassadors!!!

So I have been treated very poorly by the support ambassadors, even yelled at and hung up on and to make matters even worst i never received my payouts when promised, instead i would screenshot the information telling me when and how I wound be paid but every single time the pay did not come in and I had to call a countless number of times for up to 2 days sometimes spending hours trying to get an ambassador that cared or comprehended and didn't give me incorrect information until I would finally reach someone who would instantly fix the problem and I would get paid while on the phone with them.  I finally had had enough and told Airbnb I wanted to cancel all my reservations and permanently delete my listings and they assured me the problem had been fixed and it would not happen again. I was even given an extra $150 resolution payout for the inconveniences.  But the following day when I was go receive my largest payout ever, my payout was missing yet again.  I feel like I am being discriminated against for being American by these foreign ambassadors who clearly do not have the greatest grasp of the English language.  Policy was constantly ignored and not adhered to every time I had to contact support, I would get punished for issues that would arise due to Airbnb mistakes, then after resolving the issue another amambassador would begin to call and message like at 3 or 4 in the morning. I finally made a discrimination complaint and after about 2 weeks of no resolution or status update on my complaint I received a message that I was being given another resolution payout and that the payout had already been processed so I got to log into my account and it says that my account has been locked for security purposes, and to this day I have not been able to get an answer as to why, all ambassadors refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or provide me with escalation because my account is restricted, I've gotten one email that's says it's temporarily suspended until Dec 25th, another email saying I'm. Being permanently removed for fraudulent activity referring to a reservation # I have no record of and another saying that I violated some part of the terms.  I just want my pay so I can be done with Airbnb. And until I get my pau I will be contacting every civil rights and discrimination advocate and organization available starting with all the ones listed in Airbnb's ant discrimination partners.
