Can someone verify if a guest can actually invite third parties to live during his stay with us being notified ?

As according to Airbnb it’s ok for them , to me it’s not . Especially when a guest time to leave and he actually leaves to the airport and he leaves his guest inside my property

@Richard2562  Airbnb is just there to make a profit. They couldn't care less what the guests do. But you're entitled to your rules concerning unregistered guests, and you have the right to enforce them. Unfortunately, if you only become aware of the problem at the end of the stay, it's too late to take any meaningful action on it. You can and should mention in your review that the guest broke your rules and brought someone else in without your permission.

Presumably your house rules state that only those who have booked and paid should be at the listing .

if so Airbnb are incorrect. Go over tell them they're trespassing and tell them to leave.
