Welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that you are running into some issues with the app.
Have you checked if your device is up to date? The app currently requires iOS 16.0 or later to run, as mentioned here. If it is up to date and you are still unable to use it, could you tell us a bit more about what exactly you are seeing please? Perhaps other hosts will have some more advice. 🙂
