A 4.3 rating is what Airbnb sees as a very low rating @Mavis9 

(I see you have now deleted your listings with poor reviews) .

Before offering cohosting services to others I suggest you focus on addressing the issues that are leading to low ratings at your own properties .  

also hosts normally look for cohosts that live locally

how are you able to manage listings in Ghana when you live in Glasgow.  it is bound to create problems when you aren't able to get to the listing easily .

this is probably why you have such poor reviews with previous guests complaining about lack of cleanliness, problems with check ins   and poor communications with yourself.
