Losing so much money :(

Losing so much money :(

My home on Airbnb isn’t on the map and I don’t understand why. If I or my friend or husband can’t see it, no one can. This is frustrating and sad. 1 month and only 1 booking. We may lose the house. Does anyone know how to fix this? Customer service has not replied.

Hi @Ana35600

Several things might be happening ? First, you have a 15day minimum stay? That automatically removes you from many guest searches unless they are specifically searching with dates of 15 days or more. I would reduce your minimum stay to 6-7 days, so at least you will appear in more searches. This is especially true if Jan/Feb is considered slow season for El Paso. If a guest doesn't put in any dates, then the flexible search defaults to "any week" and since you have a 15day stay, you will not appear in search results. When I searched for a specific stay of 15+, only 17 listings appeared and you were one of them.

This was the exact problem, my husband who is the co-host called customer service and this is what they told him. Thank you for responding Joan.

@Ana35600 No problem! 👍

Just a suggestion...you might try your kitchen photo as your cover photo and see if that helps also. I would make the pool table your #2 photo.
