There are 2 places you could receive a message; here on the Community Center inbox and in your hosting inbox. Have you checked both places? From the Community Center, if you click the 3 lines next to your profile picture, you'll get a drop down menu. If you have any unread messages you'll see a red circle with a number in it. Clicking on messages will take you to your Community Center inbox.
