My neighbour is bothering my guests - any advice?

My neighbor says that I cannot rent by rooms, that only by year, not by day, not by platform like Booking or AirBNN, and says that my guests cannot enter the pool, that I have to pay more apart from the monthly maintenance that I give that it includes cleaning of the pool, water, light of the common areas of the building and its due maintenance. And he's bothering that if he sees a guest of mine in the pool he's going to run him away, because he says that the owners' meeting (there are only 5 apartments in this building) decided that my guests or tenants CANNOT GO INTO THE POOL, as you can see? I understand that what they vote does not have legal weight so to speak, and that they cannot tell me how I should rent my property nor can they bother my tenants / guests or decide who gets into the pool,

Together with evidence of his harassment? Or how can I handle it with legal and civil bases and grounds?

Has anyone had a problem like this?

Greetings from Acapulco, Mexico.

@Andres1066 is this is a unit with a body corporate then your neighbours need to have a meeting to decide the rules but as far as i know they can certainly restrict renting to only the owners or even no owners just rentals. Look at your condo rules they would have been in with your legal pack when you bought . Ask the neighbour to send the written rules to you.. This issue has nothing to do with Airbnb but it is up to you to be in a position where it is allowed for you to rent.... H
