Hi, my guests booked in last minute at midnight 27/12 for the 2 nights after 27/12 and 28/12 and I accepted in the morning when I woke up and later on I received a text from my guest stated her daughter was sick and she had to change to route. Then she changed the booking from 2 nights to one night (27/12) but on the text message she said she will change the route to another city. She hasn’t requested any refund yet. What should I do? Shall tonight be refunded to her or still fully charged for no show and cancelled in last minutes. Thanks

@Jane4742 Guests making last minute changes is always a case-by-case basis for me. But in this case, if she's not asking for a refund, you don't need to consider offering one. Don't overcomplicate it. The airbnb cancelation policies are in effect for a reason. 🙂
