Not getting paid by air bnb

For some reason I have not been getting paid from Air bnb. I am now owed over $4k and they will not give me a valid reason. When I checked my payout details the fields were blank for whatever reason and a note said action was required so I re entered my bank details but have still not received any money. I’ve contacted them but just go around in circles with no actual reason or resolution.
