Hi, Is there anyone here familiar with a product that determines how many cell phone signals are currently at apartment/house and can send the host an alert when that number was increased beyond a certain #?

I'm also interested to know if anyone is using a noise monitor for this same purpose, and if so which brand(s) do you recommend.

@Anthony591 Airbnb have recently launched a collaboration with a party sensing company. I think the post is on the home page of this community. No idea if it is a good or cost effective service but maybe worth a look

OK, Thanks.  I found two solutions who advertise on Airbnb's page and both seem good.  One is called NoiseAware, the other is a product called Minut.  They are both similar with some differences but seem to detect a potential issue before it becomes a party.
