List on all relevant STR platforms. Set yourself up to take direct bookings and invest in marketing to drive traffic to your website/social media for your STR.

I suggest to optimize your Title and Tags, use keywords in your listing title that potential guests might use when searching for accommodation in your area. This can help your listing appear in more search results..

Provide list if local attractions, nearest restaurants and activities in the area.

Offer discounts for longer stays.

 

It may take some time to see a significant increase in bookings. Consistency, patience, and commitment to providing great guest experience are key to long term success on Airbnb.
