Pre-approval

Hi, Looking for advise. I have a guest that I have a pre-approved for this weekend but the guest has received no confirmation from Airbnb. How do I resolve?

If you pre-approve a guest, then the guest received a message about it, but need to act to turn it into a booking.

If the guest did not receive the pre-approval message, then you can withdraw the pre-approval and sent it again.
